- Payment Policy: Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival date. We accept major credit and debit cards; cash payments are not accepted.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Up to 14 Days Before Arrival: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Within 14 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Check-Out: By 10:00 AM.
- Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Room Allocation
- Special Requests: While we strive to accommodate special requests (e.g., adjoining rooms, specific views), they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Use of Personal Information
- Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
